There is also a 2 bunk leaders' room. The Accommodation consists of a 20 bunk dormitory extension with 2 by 6 and 2 by 4 bunk bedrooms connection to the hall by a foyer housing two indoor toilets. 'Beachwood' has its own washing and shower facilities with both hot and cold guide activity centre running water and a separate building provides the toilets. There is also a small car park close to the 'Beaches'.
